I am a multi design-award winning, straight talker who relishes challenging and interesting projects with like minded individuals, sharing what I have learned and learning in return.
An Industrial Designer with over 20 years experience optimising designs for high volume manufacture.
With a strong foundation in design and manufacturing from my time as Operations Manager at PPC Moulding Services, I have seen first hand the hidden costs of a poorly designed parts or product.
A design needs to be attractive and functionable but also it needs to be optimised for manufacture to maximise the clients market position.
At équipe I work with my clients from the beginning to end of the product development life cycle to be able to truly optimise your product for the benefit of you and your customers. In short from the sketch on the napkin to loading your goods onto the truck.
I look to work with project teams that share the same philosophy and passion for Design and Product Development.
To contribute to design projects, bringing my Industrial Design, Process and Management skills to the fore.
To mentor junior designers to bring out their best.
Product design for clients who work locally and internationally in the medical, mining/rail, commercial and consumer industries utilising material and processes like plastic injection moulding, aluminium die casting, sheet metal, vacuum forming, casting.

Outside my design practice,
I’ve spent many years contributing to grassroots community organisations — including football, Scouts and sailing. I served at Roselea Football Club across coaching, refereeing, women’s football development, tour management, social media and marketing, player and infrastructure development and club leadership. In 2022 I was honoured as a Life Member.
I also spent 10 years as a Scout leader and 3 years as Flying 11 Class Captain and sailing coach at Middle Harbour 16ft Skiff Club.
Those roles have shaped how I work professionally.
Whether developing a product, coaching a designer, coaching my football girls, supporting the football club or sailing with a crew, the same principles apply: clear communication, shared purpose, practical systems, trust, responsibility and the willingness to do the work that helps others succeed.
