How the Furniture Downsize Planning Service Standard Package works?

 

1. An initial 45-minute zoom meeting to answer questions about the Downsize Planning Service.

2. équipe will send your a proposal.

3. Engage équipe by signing, scanning (phone camera works too) and returning the proposal to rohan@equipedesign.au, along with payment of the 'engagement deposit'.

4. équipe will send you your Project Pack.

5. You will conduct an inventory and measurement of all your furniture and complete the Inventory Report by measuring the over all size of each item (Length. Depth, Height) and the intended room in your new unit.

   1. For cabinets with doors, include a picture to indicate door swing size and orientation.

   2. Include furniture you currenlty believe you will discard:

      1. This may assist your discussions with family or friends for donation/gifting or third parties for disposal of items you cannot take with you.

      2. you may change your mind and realise that something may fit in the unit.

   3. Scan or photograph and email the Inventory report to rohan@equipedesign.au.

6. équipe will model your furniture in 3D CAD and place into your desired room of your unit.

7. Placing 3D 50th percentile mannikans into the CAD allows access pinch points to be highlighted.

8. A 45-minute zoom review meeting, sharing screens, to manipulate the furniture placement as guided by you.

   1. During the zoom we can discuss placement options that may be available to you based on your furniture dimensions.

9. équipe prepares your report and emails it to you.

10. If you find that you require more time as we progress, you can upgrade yourself mid stream to the premium service.

Contents in PDF format;

• One plan view of the entire unit.

• One Isometric view of the entire unit to get a sense of space or congestion with your furniture placement.

• One Cross section plan view and isometric view of each bedroom, media room, lounge/dining room and internal and external courtyards.

The FDP Report can be used to;

• give to your removalist team for a smoother and relaxed moving day.

• Open discussion with LDK for any custom modifications you may desire to your unit before you move into Amberfield.
